When you communicate with us or participate in a meeting, we may collect your contact details, the content of your message, attachments you choose to provide, scheduling information, correspondence history, and business notes necessary to respond or follow up.

Gated investor or partner access

If Anusama provides restricted access, we may collect access identifiers, authentication records, login dates and times, materials accessed, access status, failed-access attempts, and security events.

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Website, Anusama and its service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP address;

We may use technical controls such as rate limits, duplicate-detection rules, origin checks, server-issued signed form tokens, timing checks, input limits, and honeypot fields to prevent automated abuse, spam, phishing, or unauthorized access.

These controls may accept, delay, flag, or reject a request based on technical risk signals. They are not intended to make decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.

4.3 Information From Public or Third-Party Sources

We may supplement information submitted through the Website with professional or organizational information obtained from:

  • Company or fund websites;
  • Public professional profiles and professional networks;
  • Public corporate or business records;
  • Public business directories;
  • Event organizers, referral partners, or people who introduce you;
  • Business-information providers; and
  • Other lawfully available public sources.

This information may include professional role, business location, corporate website, organization profile, industry, approximate company size, public professional background, and other relevant business context. We use it to understand and verify the context of a request, prepare for discussions, and determine which Anusama information may be relevant.

4.4 Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

The Website and its public forms are not designed to collect:

  • Social Security, passport, driver’s-license, or government-identification numbers;
  • Financial-account credentials or payment-card details;
  • Precise geolocation;
  • Medical, biometric, or genetic information;
  • Information about children;
  • Passwords for third-party services; or
  • Other sensitive or regulated personal information not necessary for a business request.

Please do not place this information in free-text fields or attachments.

5. Sources of Personal Information

We may obtain personal information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from your employer or organization, from people who refer or introduce you, from our service providers, from professional networks, and from public or lawfully available business sources.

6. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

6.1 Responding to requests and building business relationships

  • Review and respond to enterprise briefing requests;
  • Review investor, advisor, and strategic-partner requests;
  • Verify professional context and eligibility for restricted materials;
  • Arrange meetings, demonstrations, and follow-up discussions;
  • Prepare relevant information for a conversation;
  • Provide requested materials or access where approved; and
  • Maintain a record of business communications and next steps.

6.2 Operating and improving the Website

  • Provide Website and form functionality;
  • Administer authorized access;
  • Monitor availability and performance;
  • Diagnose technical problems;
  • Understand aggregate engagement;
  • Improve content, design, and usability; and
  • Maintain preferences and records.

6.3 Security and abuse prevention

  • Detect and prevent spam, fraud, phishing, unauthorized access, and automated abuse;
  • Enforce rate limits and security rules;
  • Investigate security or misuse incidents;
  • Protect visitors, Anusama systems, and email-domain reputation;
  • Enforce our Terms of Use; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6.4 Communications and marketing

  • Send responses and administrative communications related to a request;
  • Send access, security, or legal notices;
  • Send optional company, platform, or research updates when permitted; and
  • Record and honor communication preferences and opt-outs.

Consent to optional marketing is separate from permission to respond to a briefing or investor request. You may submit a request without subscribing to marketing.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. The categories used will depend on the Website’s actual configuration.

8.1 Strictly necessary technologies

These technologies may support core Website operation, form security, traffic management, privacy preferences, and requested functionality. Disabling them may prevent parts of the Website from operating correctly.

8.2 Analytics technologies

Anusama currently uses Google Analytics. Analytics technologies may process general device information, page views, referrals, interaction events, performance information, approximate location, and measurement identifiers.

8.3 Preference technologies

Preference technologies may remember language, display, consent, or other Website choices.

8.4 Advertising or marketing technologies

We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where applicable, visitors may manage non-essential technologies using the Website’s Cookie Preferences control. Browser controls may also allow cookies to be blocked or deleted, although some functionality may be affected. The first-party measurement described in Section 8.5 is not managed by that control, because it uses none of the technologies the control governs.

8.5 First-party measurement

Anusama also operates a first-party measurement pipeline that runs on every visit, independently of your cookie choice. It sets no cookie, writes nothing to your browser’s storage, and assigns no identifier of any kind.

It records only counted events drawn from a fixed list: a page viewed, a section reached, a scroll depth reached, which button or link was pressed, and whether a form was started, advanced, submitted, or returned an error. It records no free text and none of the values you type into a form. Because no identifier exists, these events cannot be linked to one another, to a single visit, or to you.

We rely on our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the Website (Section 7). You may object using the contact details in Section 25.

Where required, Anusama will use recognized transfer mechanisms, which may include adequacy decisions, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom’s applicable transfer addendum or agreement, contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism.

You may contact us for additional information regarding transfer safeguards that apply to your personal information.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification information will be used only for verification and related security or legal purposes. Not every right applies in every jurisdiction.

17. Authorized Agents and Appeals

Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authority, verification of your identity, and confirmation that you authorized the request.

If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied privacy request, send the appeal to corporate@anusama.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”

18. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Notices

This section applies only to the extent the relevant state privacy law applies to Anusama. At launch, Anusama should confirm whether it meets any applicable legal threshold before representing that a specific statute applies.

Categories of personal information that may be collected include identifiers, professional or employment-related information, internet or network activity, approximate location, communications, and limited business-interest inferences derived from submitted and public professional information.

The categories of sources, business purposes, disclosures, and retention practices are described in this Privacy Policy. Anusama does not intend to collect sensitive personal information through the public forms.

Where Anusama relies on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing and may request additional information about the relevant interests.

20. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal

Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for all such signals, our response may vary unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Automated Decision-Making

Anusama does not currently use information collected through the launch website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated security controls may flag or block requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or automated. A person may contact us if a legitimate request was blocked.

22. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact corporate@anusama.ai so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices and policies. Anusama is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content of third-party services.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy
